1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period for items in original, unopened, and unmounted condition. Please note that due to the nature of plumbing maintenance tools, items that have been used in contact with drains are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-quality related returns.
2. Manufacturing Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged or exhibits manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery, we provide a full refund or free replacement. Our technical team will review the case to ensure the issue is related to craftsmanship, not improper installation or operation beyond product specifications. In these cases, return shipping is fully covered by Joyooh.
