Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 5-9 business days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@joyoohome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@joyoohome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
